If you want to manage just one website, the investment of time will most likely exceed the price you would have to pay for a professional installation at a reasonable price.

TYPO3 is extremely powerful and therefore inevitably more complex than a website kit of a provider or the like. More precisely, it is more difficult until someone configures it according to your needs.
