Successful Project Start

The first two days were a good start for our introductory project.

After the common introduction, the group HR Consulting started. We initially considered the relevant processes together to examine opportunities of optimization and unification. Already soon the first possibilities for improvement were shown. On the same day the first steps to implementation were initiated.
